Upon completion of peer review, if your submission is selected for inclusion in the conference, you will be notified with the decision on the presentation format of your submission. Submissions will be presented in a formal presentation, posters or discussion sessions.
All submissions are deemed as final after deadline of the call for paper. Therefore the following will not be accepted after the deadline.
- No rewrites.
- No additional authors.
- No changes to titles, abstracts, or the order of authors.
- Before the deadline, you can delete a submission you have made and resubmit it in a changed form if you so choose.
Availability to Present at Conference
Authors whose submission is accepted by the review committee, will be expected to present at any time during the conference duration (i.e. June 29th–July 1st). In addition, please make sure that at least one of the co-authors is available to present before making your submission. This will help us plan and avoid deletion of papers from the conference.
Submission of your work to the Conference is considered a commitment by the authors that at least one of the author will attend and present the paper, in the event it is accepted. Please also review the section about "originality" of the submission.
We will notify all papers about their status (i.e. accept/reject) by the end of March. However, reviews of the papers will only be sent after at least one of the authors has registered for the conference. Our system will conduct a sweep once a week, and deliver reviews to the authors who have registered during the week.
Registration will only be transferable among multiple authors of the same paper.
Once registration has been received, all cancellation policies will apply. Please review the cancellation policies before registering for the Conference.
Cancellation of registration is not eligible for cash refunds. In case of cancellation the registration fee can be transferred to another author of the same paper. In case of single authored papers, 50% of the paid registration will be applied to the next year's conference registration fee.
